How we look after your details.
This notice explains what we collect when you use this website, ask for a price, call us or message us, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We've kept it short and in plain English.
Who we are
Diamond Cleaning is the trading name of Diamond Cleaning Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16289219). We're the controller of the personal data described here, which means we decide how it's used.

What the quote form collects
When you use the instant price tool we collect:
- your postcode, so we can check you're on one of our rounds
- what needs doing, the type of property, the number of bedrooms and how often you'd like a clean
- your name, mobile number and, if you choose to give it, your email address
- a leaflet code, if you enter one
- the estimate the tool shows you, and a simple note of how likely the job is to suit our rounds
- how you found us: the website or advert you came from, any campaign tags in the link, and the click reference Google or Meta adds when you tap one of their adverts
We use this to reply with your price, confirm it, arrange your first clean and, if you become a customer, keep your round running. Our legal basis is that you've asked us for a quote, which is a step towards a contract with us. Knowing which adverts bring in enquiries is in our legitimate interest as a small business, so we can spend sensibly on advertising.
The form is sent through Web3Forms, a form service that passes your answers to our email inbox. Web3Forms handles the data only to deliver it to us.
Phone calls, email and WhatsApp
If you call, email or message us, we'll see your number or address and whatever you tell us, and we use it to help with your enquiry. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (part of Meta) under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram adverts). They use cookies and similar technology to count visits and to tell us when someone who saw or clicked one of our adverts goes on to ask for a price. Google and Meta may combine this with what they already know about you under their own privacy policies.
We only set these cookies if you agree to them, and you can change your mind at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your details, and we only share them with the services that help us run the business: Web3Forms for the quote form, our email provider, Google and Meta for measuring adverts, and WhatsApp if you message us there. Some of these companies process data outside the UK. When they do, they rely on safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them. If you become a customer, we keep what we need to run your round and for our business records. If you don't, we delete your quote details once they're no longer useful.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong or incomplete
- delete your data
- stop or limit how we use it, including for advertising measurement
- send your data to you or another company in a common format
Where we rely on your consent, such as for cookies, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
